Across a long career on the Gold Coast, I've watched the same thing happen. A buyer spends a million dollars or more on an apartment that doesn't exist yet, and the only person guiding them through it works for the developer. The render is beautiful, the contract is dense, and nobody in the room is genuinely on the buyer's side.
I built Property 88 to be that missing person. Not a project marketer with a quota, and not a generalist buyer's agent who dabbles in apartments, but a concierge who specialises in premium Gold Coast residences and represents the buyer, end to end.

My commitment is simple: the advice I give you would be the same whether or not a sale followed. I'll explain sunset clauses, address valuation risk honestly, and give you timelines straight, including when the honest answer is that neither of my projects is right for you.
