The Property 88 consultation is a guided conversation about you: your goals, your timeline, the configuration that suits you, and how you intend to live with or hold a residence. From there we map you to the project that genuinely fits, with the reasoning shown. It takes a few minutes, asks only what's useful, and commits you to nothing.
How it works
A conversation that starts with you
Most qualifying forms interrogate you with twenty questions before they tell you anything. Ours is built the other way around. We ask about the person first, we explain why each question matters, and we skip what we can already infer. It should feel like a handful of thoughtful questions, not a form.
Your timeline
Whether you’re ready now or planning a year ahead changes everything, especially with an off-the-plan purchase. We plan around your timing, not a deadline.
Your configuration
Bedrooms, proportions, level, aspect, amenity that actually matters to you. We’d rather know your brief than guess at it.

With that in hand, we map you to the project that fits, Monarch Place or Nera, and show you the reasoning, including when the honest answer is "wait" or "neither."

By the end of a short consultation, you'll have a clear sense of which residence suits you and why, or a straight answer that the timing or the fit isn't right yet. Either way, the next step is yours to take. We don't chase, and we don't pressure.
